If you pour water on it, then the overheating of the body will decrease. It also reduces humidity and air temperature slightly.

If you throw a couple (of water on a stone stove), then the humidity of the air will increase, the air temperature will decrease slightly. Adds extra points.

If you steam with a broom, the humidity of the air will increase slightly, the air temperature will decrease slightly. Adds extra points.

If you drink kvass, then the overheating of the body will decrease slightly. If the air temperature is less than 50 degrees, then additional kvass is not added.

The number of possibilities for steaming in the bath: firewood, broom, water, etc. is added with more activity.
